Responsible Gaming
Information to help protect your time, money and well-being.
Poker should not be treated as guaranteed income or a solution to debt. If you choose to play, use only time and money that do not compromise your needs. Access is intended for people aged 18 or older. No guidance removes the risks associated with playing.
Personal precautions and app limitations
Set your own budget and time before starting. Take breaks and do not use money needed for food, housing, health or other essentials.
Responsible gaming in your profile offers self-exclusion for 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, purchase limits in reais (Pix and other enabled methods), game-entry limits in chips per club, and session limits of 15 to 240 minutes. Self-exclusion cannot be shortened.
For help with access or closing your account, use pdjkleber@gmail.com / +55 (16) 98814-0687. Closing an account is not a self-exclusion block preventing new registrations.
Financial limits use rolling 24-hour and 30-day windows and count pending purchases in reais and gross game entries without subtracting refunds. Reductions apply immediately; increases and removal wait 24 hours. Session time includes disconnections and requires a 12-hour break after expiry. Hands and tournaments already underway may finish; restrictions block new entries and purchases while preserving withdrawals and refunds.
When to stop
Chasing losses, borrowing to play, hiding spending, neglecting commitments or losing track of time are warning signs. If this happens, stop playing and seek support.
Where to find support
In Brazil, a primary healthcare unit (UBS) or psychosocial care centre (CAPS) can support and guide people experiencing gambling-related problems. Brazil’s Ministry of Health provides guidance through the Não aposte sua saúde initiative. Platform support does not replace professional care.
